ANNOUNCEMENT: PIBASE BUSINESS PARTNER POLICY (UPDATED NOVEMBER 13, 2023)

Dear PiBase Business Partners,

Following the operation and testing of the Business Partner program, PiBase has officially established the most appropriate policy in the current period to protect the interests of PiBase's Business Partners. This policy will be in force from November 13, 2023 until the next revision.

The following policies apply to Business Partners:

1. CONDITIONS TO BECOMING A BUSINESS PARTNER
- Conditions of participation: All business partners must be KYC informed by ID card or passport, video call, and lock a certain number of PIB tokens.









Conditions of Maintenance: Business partners must meet the following conditions to maintain their VIP level while operating in PiBase:








2. Commission Policy

PiBase offers a commission program that is limited to the project's business partners. As follows:
- Commission for User Referral: 5 PIB per new user and 20 PIB per new business partner. As follows:





- Deposit/Withdrawal Commission for Users: 0.02% of Deposit/Withdrawal Volume The commission is calculated in PIB at the exchange rate at the time of transaction. Minimum 5 PIB - maximum 10 PIB/transaction.

Operation Process

- Commission wallet: Each business partner will be given an additional partner wallet, and the system will pay all commissions to this wallet. Partners can withdraw commission to the main wallet on the third of every month. Min 500 PIB/withdraw
- ACTIVITY BONUS: For partners who meet the conditions to maintain and do not violate the "Violation and Fraud Regulations," PiBase will reward 2000 PiB per month. This bonus will be transferred to the partner-specific commission wallet on the 3rd of the following month.

Violation and Fraud Regulations
VIOLATION:


  • Conditions: No more than 25 PIB for referral commission for one partner account 
  • Bonus conditions: New users must do basic KYC according to project requirements. New partner: have partner activities like top-ups and withdrawals for users.
  • High-class partners such as Gold and Diamond, when they do not reach 2/3 of their rank maintenance targets, PiBase considers downgrading 01 level compared to the current level to match the level and intensity of work 
  • Remove the role of Silver Partner" when not meeting 2/3 of the criteria needed to maintain the rank.
  • The downgrade or cancellation of the role will be notified to partners by PiBase on the 3rd of each month and will take effect on the date of the announcement.
  • STOP PARTNER'S ACTIVITIES: Partner requests before the 15th of every month, PiBase will arrange, check the activity, calculate the commission, and close or cancel the role on the 3rd of the following month.
  • Any act of intentionally cheating, passing, hacking, or cheating the system for profit, or using the PiBase project's image to cause community disruption, fraud, or affect the PiBase brand image, will be considered a violation of cooperation standards.
  • PiBase reserves the right to temporarily lock the account in order to conduct an investigation, recover the entire amount of illegal commissions, and request compensation from the partner.
  • Fraud in transactions: 1000 PIB per transaction
  • Violation of community standards, affecting the honor and image of the project: 50,000 PIB/time
